Hudson Campus // Part-time

The Financial Assistant will assist with administration of financial systems focusing on accounts payable and donations processing. This person will assist, as necessary, with clerical support in the financial and administrative support areas. This position reports to directly to the finance director.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Account Receivables including posting offerings and managing donor receipts
  • Reconcile online processor and post event registration and other payments
  • Manage Account Payables including bill payment and Amazon purchasing
  • Process employee credit cards including report distribution, posting, and reconciliation
  • Carry out online payment refunds
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Perform financial report backups
  • Provide miscellaneous financial team support
  • Conduct staff financial information requests
  • Attend staff meetings as required
