This page is just for you leaders. You are the key to the health of your groups, so we’ve laid out plenty of resources designed to help you and your group flourish. You’ll find stuff related to childcare, serving, and the current suggested study. Thank you for leading and serving this church so well.
Group Discussion Guides
Our discussion guides provide you with questions to help dive deeper into our weekly messages. Come back each week to download a new set of questions.
The group covenant is a tool used especially for new groups, or existing groups that need to reset. It’s a document your Community Group fills out together that reminds each other of the purpose and details of meeting together. If you haven’t filled it out before, or if your group has changed significantly, we’d encourage you to fill it out.
Multiply Your Group
If your group is growing and healthy, you should consider multiplying your group. Simply put, multiplying your Community Group means starting a new group from your current one. The best part about it? You’ll create a great opportunity for even more people to be a part of a Community Group. Review this document once a year to see if you’re ready to multiply.
Because of the value we place on community groups, we offer reimbursement to help offset the cost of childcare for families, especially for those who would otherwise not be able to attend a community group. Learn more or request childcare reimbursement below.
Who is in your group?
We do our best to have a current and accurate list of Community Groups – but we need your help to do it! If someone joins your group or leaves your group, take a minute to fill out this quick form to let us know. Thank you!
Serve with your group
We hope every group is serving together, but we also know it can be hard to know where to start. Download the list of our local ministry partners and specific ways for your Community Group to get involved and serve them well. Email [email protected] with questions.
Community Group Event Calendar
Make sure you know which community group events are coming up so you can plan accordingly.
Annual Community Group Survey
Once a year we ask that you fill out this survey to let us know how your group is doing, including who is attending, what you’ve been studying, how often you’ve been meeting, highlights from the past year, and more. This information is very important for us to be able to support you well.
How to Lead in Difficult Situations
Sometimes leading a Community Group can be messy – because life is messy. Someone in the group has a miscarriage, loses a loved one, endures a job loss, or a number of other things. How do we lead well in those times? Here are some guidelines for you.
