Single Moms’ Night Out // Get Strong

We understand that being a single mom means that you’re always looking out for others, sometimes at the expense of taking care of yourself. Let us take care of you with this special moms’ night out. We’ll offer several nights like this throughout the year, each time focusing on a different aspect of your health such as nutrition, rest, and exercise. We’ll provide dinner for you and your kids, and childcare if you need it.
Join us in July to learn how to care for your physical health from certified Personal Trainer Kim Davis. She’ll be sharing great ways you can stay strong even in the midst of a busy, tiring season.
