Ladies, join us as we kick off our fitness classes this fall! All classes are free, most with childcare available for $2. Below is the weekly schedule and class descriptions. No registration required – just show up and feel free to invite your friends!
15/15/15 // Mondays 9:30-10:15 a.m.
Three classes combined into one. 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training, and 15 minutes of core to achieve a great total body workout! This class will be taught on rotation by all four of our instructors to create a fun variation and unique experience each week. Child care available.
Volleyball // Mondays 9:45-11:15 a.m.
Looking for an opportunity to hang out with friends and get a fun workout at the same time? Join us for women’s volleyball open gym for ladies 18 and older. Childcare available.
Yoga // Tuesdays 7-8 p.m.
This vinyasa-style class will take place at The Block and includes sequencing to warm-up, open-up, strengthen, cool-down, and relax the body and mind. All skill levels are welcome, including beginners. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Mats and blocks will be provided on a first come/first serve basis if you don’t have your own. No childcare provided.
Functional Fitness // Tuesdays & Fridays 8-9 a.m.
Fitness class for women 40+ looking to maintain or increase level of fitness while enjoying encouragement from upbeat music, God’s word and each other. Combination of strength, cardio, balance and flexibility exercises designed to maximize function with modifications provided to ensure safety for all participants. No childcare available.
Run Strong // Wednesdays 5:15-6 a.m.
A strength training class specifically geared towards runners, but all are welcome! Use it as a cross training day, a pre-work jolt of energy, or a sunrise pick-me-up! Both instructors are nationally certified and experienced marathon runners. No childcare available.
Cardio/Strength Intervals // Wednesdays 9:30-10:30 a.m.
A full-body workout through alternating timed intervals of cardiovascular and strength movements. This is a high intensity class with modifications offered. Childcare available.
Boot Camp // Fridays 9:30-10:30 a.m.
A high-intensity class focused on total body work through the use of strength circuit drills, partner work, and interval drills. Childcare available.
