What do you get when you combine a badminton court, a couple paddles, a whiffle ball, and some willing players? Pickleball! We meet during the school year every Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and year-round on Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Gym. Join us! (18+)

Starting Tuesday, Sep. 3, our women’s fitness classes are back! All classes are free, and childcare is available for $2/class for some classes. Classes run during the school year and break for the summer. Below is the weekly schedule and class descriptions. No registration required – just show up and feel free to invite your friends!

15/15/15 | Mondays – 9:30-10:15 a.m.**
Three classes combined into one. 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training, and 15 minutes of core to achieve a great total body workout! This class will be taught on rotation by all four of our instructors to create a fun variation and unique experience each week.

Volleyball | Mondays – 9:45-11:15 a.m.**
Looking for an opportunity to hang out with friends and get a fun workout at the same time? Join us for women’s volleyball open gym for ladies 18 and older.

Functional Fitness | Tuesdays & Fridays – 8-9 a.m.
Fitness class for women 40+ looking to maintain or increase their level of fitness while enjoying encouragement from upbeat music, God’s word and each other. Combination of strength, cardio, balance and flexibility exercises designed to maximize function with modifications provided to ensure safety for all participants.

Sunrise Fitness | Wednesdays – 5:45-6:30 a.m.
A strength training class specifically geared towards runners, but all are welcome! Use it as a cross-training day, a pre-work jolt of energy, or a sunrise pick-me-up! Both instructors are nationally certified and experienced marathon runners.

Cardio/Strength Intervals | Wednesdays – 9:30-10:30 a.m.**
A full-body workout through alternating timed intervals of cardiovascular and strength movements. This is a high-intensity class with modifications offered.

Bootcamp | Fridays – 9:30-10:30 a.m.**
A high-intensity class focused on total body work through the use of strength circuit drills, partner work, and interval drills.

Sports Impact – Women’s Yoga Tuesdays Weekly
Tuesdays | The Block | 7 p.m.

Starting Tuesday, Sep. 3, our yoga class is back! Join us every Tuesday evening during the school year for a one-hour women’s yoga class at The Block!

This class will is led by certified yoga instructor Andrea Stefaniuk who has designed this vinyasa-style class to include intelligent sequencing to warm-up, open-up, strengthen, cool-down, and relax the body and mind. All skill levels are welcome, including beginners.

Class begins at 7 p.m., so plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Mats and blocks will be provided on a first-come/first-serve basis if you don’t have your own.

No registration required – just show up and feel free to bring a friend! Recommended age is 16+.

Any ladies with physical limitations that would prevent them from moving comfortably from the mat to moving poses would be advised to check with their doctor before participating in this class.
