What do you get when you combine a badminton court, a couple paddles, a whiffle ball, and some willing players? Pickleball! We meet during the school year every Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and year-round on Friday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Gym. Join us! (18+)

Starting Tuesday, Sep. 3, our women’s fitness classes are back! All classes are free, and childcare is available for $2/class for some classes. Classes run during the school year and break for the summer. Below is the weekly schedule and class descriptions. No registration required – just show up and feel free to invite your friends!

Starting Tuesday, Sep. 3, our yoga class is back! Join us every Tuesday evening during the school year for a one-hour women’s yoga class at The Block!
This class will is led by certified yoga instructor Andrea Stefaniuk who has designed this vinyasa-style class to include intelligent sequencing to warm-up, open-up, strengthen, cool-down, and relax the body and mind. All skill levels are welcome, including beginners.
Class begins at 7 p.m., so plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Mats and blocks will be provided on a first-come/first-serve basis if you don’t have your own.
No registration required – just show up and feel free to bring a friend! Recommended age is 16+.
Any ladies with physical limitations that would prevent them from moving comfortably from the mat to moving poses would be advised to check with their doctor before participating in this class.
