Which aspect of Christ Community Chapel’s culture resonates with you the most? (know, grow, serve)
I love the growth that has been a part of my time at Christ Community Chapel. I have come to see Jesus in such vibrant and new ways since joining CCC’s community 10 years ago. I see this happen most of all through engaging with our Sunday morning worship services as well as the countless devoted Christians who are a part of our church and have invested their wisdom and experience into my own life.
It is my burden and joy to cultivate this type of life transformation and spiritual growth among many more lives within the ministry as the living Word of God takes hold of us.
What is something no one would ever believe to be true about you?
I abhor memes.
In what ways are you a leader? In what ways are you a follower?
My default personality is to lead. I believe God has given me the ability and gift to create both community and a common direction for people around me. I love to lead in the sense of showing others what I have seen or received myself.
I love to follow when I don’t have the foggiest idea of what I am encountering, but also love to follow when I want to learn more about someone.
If you could master one skill you don’t have right now, what would it be?
What are you doing when you feel most like yourself?
Teaching the Bible.
